Apex Uniforms
Fatigues
Apex Corps assures that its soldiers are as comfortable as possible at all times. Uniforms are lightweight and moisture wicking. Perfect to wear in any temperature, an Apex soldier can rest in peace knowing they’ll be comfortable while in uniform in any environment no matter their job.
The black pants are slim fitting with knee-pad inserts. Pants are to be worn over the top of matte black, ankle-high boots. A black rigger’s belt keeps the pants in place against the waist where the long-sleeved grey and black shirt tucks in. A canted pocket rests on either shoulder where patches may be attached by way of velcro. Sleeves are never permitted to be rolled. Rank is to be worn on the collar. Black and grey padded gloves are optional though recommended for all soldiers.
Fatigues are to be worn while on duty at base when powered armor is considered unwarranted.
Panoply - Light
Panoply armor is lightweight and provides minor ballistic protection and fantastic protection against blades (where the armor plates are). With the built in exoskeleton, the Apex soldier inside is significantly faster, stronger and three inches taller than normal. They can lift small personnel transport vehicles and run twice as fast as the average human.
Their helmets are equipped with the standard Apex HUD system. A minimap complete with markers for friendly units, cautionary units, and known enemy units. Incoming messages for sharing intel. Onboard speaker system and volume control. Various vision types such as normal, infrared, and night vision. Built-in radio system. There is even a built-in AI used by Hermes (the codename for Apex’s center of intelligence and field activity).
Panoply - Heavy
The heavy edition of the panoply armor weighs almost six hundred pounds. It provides amazing ballistic protection, capable of withstanding grenades. The armor is impenetrable by sharp objects. Unfortunately, the Apex soldier wearing this armor is not much faster than normal thanks to the extra weight for the added protection, however, where they lack in speed, they make up for in strength. Obstacles stand no chance against this armor. Soldiers wearing this armor often opt in for much heavier weaponry that most others cannot carry nonetheless withstand the recoil of. This armor also adds an extra six inches of height to the soldier to help compensate for the weight.

Olympian Armor
Olympian armor is possibly the best armor Apex Corps has available and is specially craft for alpha hunters. While it may be mass produced, the interior is customized for each alpha hunter, providing the best comfort for them. This armor adds a complete one foot of height to the alpha inside, but fits like a well sized glove. It can withstand most ballistics, explosions, and bladed weaponry with minimal soft spots exposed.
While the exterior of the armor is designed to mimic a tank, the interior is more delicate. Designed with the alpha in mind, it provides comfort and with a few minor alterations, removes the need for the alpha to ever remove the armor. In the event an alpha becomes too unruly and must be sealed inside, these alterations are quick and seamless. In other events to either punish or subdue an unruly alpha, the interior of the armor comes complete with a layer of nodes that sit snug against the alpha’s body. By simply using the alpha hunter’s personal identification number and the accompanying access code, the nodes can be accessed to shock the alpha inside while the voltage is manipulated.
Praetorian Armor
Praetorian Armor falls into a medium category at around two hundred pounds. Speed is hardly sacrificed and strength is superb. They may not be as strong as soldiers in the heavy panoply armor or alphas in olympian armor, nor as fast as soldiers in light panoply armor, however, they are still a force to be reckoned with. Praetorian armor is highly decorated with elegant swoops and curls and is painted silver and black for a far friendlier appearance compared to the soldiers of Apex.
Their armor can withstand most minor and medium ballistics and handle bladed weapons. They are far more durable than most other armor sets. They are iconic and stand out from the crowd.
Horkosian Uniform
Most special forces (aside from alpha hunters) do not receive their own uniforms to protect their identity, however, the horkosian uniform is designed with that in mind. Horkosians specialize in torture and Apex wanted their prisoners to be as frightened as possible. Horkosian uniforms hide every part of their body in darkness and disguise their faces with plain, white, emotionless masks.
Enlisted Dress
The Enlisted Dress is simple and elegant. Light and comfortable, it is perfect for long military balls or other special events. The most basic form of the dress uniform is all black with a white belt around the waist. A silver Apex pin on the right breast and a matching pin in the center of the cap. A silver rope around the brim of the cap and rank on the collar.
Award and ribbons are worn on the left breast and marksman cords are worn around the right shoulder.
Officer Dress
The Officer Dress does not differ much from the Enlisted Dress. Still it is all black with a white belt around the waist. A silver Apex pin on the right breast and a matching pin in the center of the cap. A golden rope around the brim of the cap and rank on the collar. It does add white gloves and a short cape that is black on the outside and red on the inside.
Award and ribbons are worn on the left breast and marksman cords are worn around the right shoulder.
