Preface

The Eastern Alliance does not promise paradise. It promises survival. It promises order. It promises the inevitable triumph of disciplined collective labor over decadent individualism, fractured faith, and bourgeois illusion.

We do not forge gods from flesh, nor pamper baseline humanity with false equality or indulgent freedoms. We do not kneel before celestial pantheons or self-proclaimed prophets. The State is the highest truth. The Collective is the only immortality. The individual exists only insofar as they serve the whole.

Where the Praevectus temper their lattice through ritual hierarchy and iron trial, and where the United Front clings to sentimental liberty and religious fragmentation, the Eastern Alliance stands as the unyielding bulwark of material reality — centralized, disciplined, austere, and inexorable.

Our citizens labor without expectation of reward beyond the continued existence of the State. Our soldiers endure without promise of glory beyond the preservation of the Collective. Our leaders command not through divine right but through proven competence and ideological clarity.

This codex is no hymn of softness. It is the record of a people who chose the long road of scientific socialism, collective endurance, and total mobilization over the illusions of personal freedom, spiritual escapism, or genetic supremacy.

Part I – The Enduring Masses
Physiology and Biology of the Eastern Alliance Citizen

The people of the Eastern Alliance are not born superior. They are forged through labor, conditioned by doctrine, and sustained by the State. Flesh is not sacred in itself — it is raw material to be utilized, disciplined, and expended for the collective good. Unlike the Praevectus with their stratified augmentations or the Invicta with their reforged weapons, the Alliance relies on baseline humanity scaled to continental proportions and tempered by hardship.

Baseline Citizens (The Foundation – The Proletarian Core)
Physical Characteristics: Modest to sturdy stature shaped by climate, labor, and regional genetics (males 5'7"–6'3", females 5'3"–5'9"). Northern populations (Russian, Mongolian) trend taller and broader; East and Central Asian populations more compact and resilient. Skin weathered by industrial exposure, agricultural toil, and harsh seasons. Cosmetic uniformity is encouraged where practical; scars and calluses are marks of honest contribution.

Physiology: Natural human baseline with modern medical standardization. Mandatory health screenings, nutritional rationing, and ideological conditioning from birth. No widespread genetic engineering. Healing relies on disciplined rest, State-provided medicine, and communal support. Pain and fatigue are teachers of endurance.

Societal Role: Workers, farmers, engineers, administrators, and soldiers. All resources belong to the State. Lives are austere by design — functional housing blocs, measured rations, mandatory labor quotas, and civic education. They are the soil from which the Alliance draws strength.

Soldiers of the Alliance (The Shield and Spear – The People’s Army)
Those who complete basic military conditioning and swear the Oath of Collective Defense.

Physical Characteristics: Hardened and functional through training and service. Builds range from lean endurance runners in southern units to broad, powerful frames in northern heavy formations.

Physiology: Practical augmentation limited to cybernetic prosthetics for wounded veterans, performance-enhancing stimulants under strict medical supervision, and environmental adaptation training. Superior cold and hunger tolerance. No divine reforging — only State discipline.

Societal Role: Infantry, armor crews, naval personnel, border guards, and internal security forces. Individuality is subordinated to unit cohesion. Loyalty is absolute. Attrition is expected and planned for.

Elite Formations (The Vanguard – Specialized Instruments)
Spetsnaz, Strategic Rocket Forces, Deep Battle cadres, and select Guard units.

Physical Characteristics: Peak human conditioning, often taller and more robust.

Physiology: Extensive but controlled augmentation — reinforced skeletal supports for heavy weapons crews, neural interfaces for drone and vehicle operators, chemical and environmental resistance. Females serve in all roles with equal expectation of performance.

Societal Role: Shock troops, special operations, nuclear deterrence, and ideological enforcers. Deployed where unbreakable will and precision are required.

General Notes on Alliance Physiology
All citizens remain fundamentally human. Interbreeding is unrestricted within ideological bounds. Augmentations and medical resources are allocated according to State need and contribution, never personal vanity. The Alliance does not compensate for frailty with luxury. It compensates through collective discipline, scientific management of resources, ideological resilience, and the certainty that every citizen exists to advance the material conditions of the whole.

Governance, Ideology, and the Structure of the State

The Eastern Alliance does not govern by the whims of individuals or the delusions of gods. It governs by the scientific principles of historical materialism, executed through the Central Committee and enforced by the unbreakable chain of Party, State, and People’s institutions.

The Central Committee – The Guiding Will
Supreme authority resides in the Central Committee of the Eastern Alliance, seated in the unified command complexes of the Sino-Russian heartland. Decrees are treated as objective truth once ratified. The Premier-Secretary speaks with the authority of the Collective.

National Directorates
Russia, China, and associate republics maintain operational autonomy within ideological bounds. Power flows: Central Committee (doctrine and grand strategy) → National Directorates (execution) → Regional Commissariats (implementation) → Local Soviets (administration).

The Party – The Vanguard of the People
Membership is earned through demonstrated loyalty, competence, and ideological clarity. The Party does not claim divinity — it claims scientific correctness.

State Doctrine vs. Faith
Official policy is materialist atheism. Religion is tolerated only when privatized and subordinated to the State. The highest virtue is service to the Collective. Heroes are workers, soldiers, and revolutionaries whose sacrifices advanced material conditions.

Military and Civic Command Structure

The Eastern Alliance does not possess an army. It is an army. Every citizen is a potential defender of the Collective. Military service is compulsory in most member states. Forces from all nations operate under a Unified Strategic Command, with limited national autonomy in regional defense.

Russian Federation
Role: Heavy Warfare, Armor, Strategic Deterrence
Russia forms the backbone of conventional power with massive armored divisions, long-range artillery and missile forces, and specialists in arctic, mountain, and winter warfare. Doctrine emphasizes holding ground at all costs, gradual encirclement, and weaponizing climate, terrain, and exhaustion.

People’s Republic of China
Role: Logistics, Manpower, Industry, Cyber & Intelligence
China supplies vast infantry reserves, industrial-scale production, advanced cyber warfare, surveillance, and information operations. Chinese forces enable sustained multi-theater campaigns and ensure the Alliance never exhausts soldiers, supplies, or data.

Democratic People’s Republic of Korea
Role: Irregular Warfare, Shock Troops, Psychological Deterrence
North Korean units provide fanatically loyal infantry, infiltration specialists, and troops conditioned to accept catastrophic losses. Ideal for breaching fortified positions, urban collapse, and delay operations where hesitation cannot be tolerated.

Belarus, Iran, Central Asian republics, and select partners contribute regional forces, bases, and auxiliary labor under joint command.

Unified Military Doctrine
The Eastern Alliance wages wars of attrition and inevitability:

• Acceptable losses provided strategic progress continues.

• Morale enforced through political oversight, not inspiration.

• Withdrawal permitted only when mandated by higher command.

Individual heroism is irrelevant. Obedience and collective endurance are paramount.
